The Concept

Why Brioche Bloom Express?

Brioche Bloom Express has been designed as a scalable retail format built around a centralised production model.

Unlike a traditional café, an Express unit does not require a full production kitchen or large staffing structure. Food production takes place at Brioche Bloom headquarters in St John’s Wood, where products are prepared, quality controlled and supplied to the retail location.

Lower Operating Costs

No full production kitchen at each location, reduced equipment investment, lower staffing requirements and simpler day-to-day operations.
