Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a
warm French-style consommé and an amuse-bouche inspired by regional flavours.

Once seated, canapés arrive:
Garlic escargot with blini
Cucumber-filled smoked salmon cream cheese
Duck liver parfait on brioche, cornichons

1st Course
A small trio to begin with
French onion soup gratinée
Mini Brie cheese & Morteau sausage tartlet
Beef tartare with mustard, honey, cracked pepper & pear chutney

2nd Course — Choose One
Bœuf Bourguignon
Chestnut mushrooms, balsamic onions, thyme mash & red wine jus

Roast Duck Breast with Garlic Herb Butter
Fondant potatoes, honey carrots & red berry jus

Fish Trio (Sea Bass, Salmon & Red Mullet)
Fennel mash, creamy leek sauce & café de Paris butter

3rd Course
An assiette of three mini desserts:
Crème brûlée
Triple chocolate parfait
